Welcome to ZenZi App! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ZenZi App mobile application (the “App”), a platform for buying, selling, and renting of used clothing. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. About ZenZi App

• ZenZi App is a platform that connects users to buy, sell, and rent used clothing.
• We do not process payments, manage transactions, or mediate disputes between users.
• All transactions and interactions are solely the responsibility of the users involved.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the App.
• By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

4. User Accounts

• To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. User Responsibilities

• Behavior: Treat everyone with courtesy and respect. No abusive behavior.
• Reporting: Report any guideline violations for appropriate action.
• You agree to use the App for lawful purposes only.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information in your listings and communications.
• You agree not to:

1. Post misleading, false, or inaccurate information.
2. Engage in fraudulent activities.
3. Infringe on any intellectual property rights.
4. Impersonate another user.
5. Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
6. Post or transmit any Prohibited Content (defined below).

6. Prohibited Content

• Community Respect: Foster a positive and respectful environment.
• You agree not to post, share, or transmit any content that:

1. Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.
2. Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene.
3. Exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
4. Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability.
5. Violates any intellectual property rights.
6. Contains spam or unsolicited advertising.
7. Impersonates any person or entity, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.

7. User Safety Features

• ZenZi App is committed to providing a safe and positive user experience. We offer the following features:

1. Reporting: You can report listings or users that violate these Terms by navigating to the seller and selecting the three-dot menu, then choosing "Report."
2. Blocking: You can prevent other users from contacting you by navigating to the seller, selecting the three-dot menu, and choosing "Report." Reports for blocking or banning accounts will be addressed by our team within 24 hours.
3. Action: We review all reports promptly and take appropriate action, which may include removing content, suspending accounts, or banning users. We aim to review reports within 24 hours.
4. Consequences: Violations can lead to account suspension or ban.

8. Content Ownership

• By posting content on the App, you grant ZenZi App a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of operating and promoting the ZenZi App platform.
• You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you post.

9. Payments and Transactions

• ZenZi App does not process payments or handle transactions between users.
• Users are solely responsible for arranging payment methods and ensuring the security of their transactions.
• Exercise caution when interacting with other users and conducting transactions.

Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZenZi App shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold ZenZi App harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of your use of the App or your breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

14. Changes to Terms

• ZenZi App reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
• Any changes will be effective upon posting, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
