1. How do I block a user?

  • To block a user, follow these steps:
  • Go to the user's profile.
  • Tap on the menu (⋮) or settings icon.
  • Select "Report" from the options.
  • Give reason to explain why you wanna block this userand submit the report
  • Our team tack action within 24 hours.

2. What happens when zenzi block or bann someone?

  • After blocking zenzi contect user and telling solve reason of block.
  • When zenzi block a user:
  • User is logout from application and on login he/her recive msg to contect our team.
  • They won’t be able to contact you through the app.
  • You won’t receive any notifications or interactions from them.

3. Will the blocked user be notified I report him/her?

No, blocking is private. The user will not be notified that they have been reported by you.

4. Can a blocked user create another account to contact me?

If the person creates a new account, you may need to Report that account as well. If harassment continues, report the user to our support team.
